She provided excellent support during our trip as well. Unfortunately a wildfire started shortly after we arrived and we could no longer go to one of the towns we were scheduled to visit. Shari was proactive about reaching out to us about the wildfire to warn that it could affect our plans and she acted quickly to secure alternate accommodations. She only had a couple days and it was during the height of the busy season but she found a wonderful location that we very much enjoyed. Having worked with her to plan the trip, we trusted her completely to make these alternate arrangements and we really appreciated that we did not have to spend any of our vacation time worrying about what we would do — we carried on with our plans for the day while she took care of everything. That peace of mind was invaluable! I will definitely work with Shari again if we are lucky enough to return to Vancouver Island one day.”
